Civil judgment dockets, 1871-1947.

Judgment dockets of the territorial period when cases originated in all counties throughout the territory. Docket is clerk's primary tracking device for each case and records: names of judgment debtor and creditor, judgment, time and date judgment was entered, reference (book and page number) where the judgment has been entered in the corresponding judgment book, appeal when taken, judgment of appellate court if applicable, and any satisfactions of judgment. Access is by case number assigned by court clerk.
